Celebration of Life

Thank you to everyone who has reached out over the last few weeks.   It makes our hearts happy to know how many lives he has touched over the years.  We know you are missing him as much as we are.

In lieu of a formal service, we are honouring and celebrating Dad’s life with all his favourite things: hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, Dino’s, potato chips, cookies, and ice cream.  We weren’t sure how to incorporate bacon, so we added beer instead.    Dad didn’t like beer, but we do. 😊

All celebrations need music.  Dad danced the night away to Kitty and the Boyz at Kirk’s birthday party so it is fitting that they will be here as well.

This is a drop-in event between 3 – 6ish.  You do not need to be here at any specific time.   

The attire is a come-as-you-are. High-vis, office or weekend wear are all totally suitable.   Sensible footwear is a must. The event will take place in and around the barn.

Enter through the driveway which is just south of Stamp Road.  There will be some parking around the shop.  Please try to leave a couple of spots there for those who may have difficulty walking too far.  There is additional parking in the field. You can exit through the driveway, or the gate in the field.
